Welcome to Rauceby Church of England Academy. We are an inclusive, high performing village school situated in beautiful grounds just 8 minutes from the town of Sleaford. Our school has high aspirations for our whole school community, is passionate about teaching and learning, and believes that every child can!

At Rauceby Church of England Academy, we value every voice and celebrate each child for the unique individual they are. Our children are safe, cared for and happy so they are able to become confident, articulate life-long learners, ready to take on the challenges of modern life, both in and out of school. 

This is achieved by having a team of staff and governors who are dedicated professionals, committed to providing a high quality education for all children. As a Church of England school, we strive to achieve excellence through a Christian context based on our Christian values of honesty, aspiration, kindness, equality and forgiveness. Through these shared values, we support our children in appreciating and respecting our world, its richness and diversity, and encouraging them to become active and responsible global citizens.
